Asian Stir Fry Goose


  • Goose Tenderloins
  • Blended Olive Oil
  • Corn Starch
  • Chopped Garlic
  • Red Peppers
  • Broccoli
  • Julienned Carrots
  • Hot Peppers
  • Shallots
  • Cabbage
  • Fresh Ginger
  • Soy Sauce
  • Sesame Oil
  • Chicken Stock
  • Rice

Pull out the tenderloins in the Goose.

Start with sesame oil in the pan and cut it because sesame oil is a heavy oil. Add a little bit of blended olive oil.

Take the goose tenderloin and drench it in pure corn starch and make sure it’s covered and add your own vegetables. Add the goose into the pan and stir it around.

When you add vegetables, add the firmer ones first! Add fresh chopped garlic, some ginger, the rest of the vegetables you have, and a little bit of chicken stock. Add your soy sauce.

Steam your choice of rice. Quick, easy and ready to serve Enjoy!
